The Controllers Institute (CI, founded in 1994) is the National Institute for Financial Executives, representing over 8,000 members with a post-graduate background in Accounting or Finance & Control.

It is a joint initiative by Registered Controllers (RC) and Registered Accountants (RA, 'Accountants in business') working within top financial management positions. Main objective of the Institute is facilitating the exchange of knowledge, which is achieved through the bimonthly Management Control & Accounting journal (MCA), providing Continuous Education (over 130 courses a year, including the Financial Executive Programme (FEP, see information in English) and by organizing networking events such as Round Tables with CFO's (BoardRoom Meetings) and an Annual Conference (CI-jaarcongres, 800 attendees).
